At T.U.K. Footwear Outlet, we want you to love your new shoes, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original T.U.K. box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
